Tranquility Life LLC runs the Tranquility Life app. This page explains what information the app collects, how we use it, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

  • Your name and email address, which you use to log in.
  • What you post in the community and your progress in the course.
  • Your device type and a notification token, so the app can send you notifications if you allow them.

How we use it

  • To let you log in and use the app.
  • To send you notifications about the app, if you turn them on.
  • To answer your questions and fix problems.
  • To keep the app safe and working.

Who sees it

We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers. A software provider hosts the app for us and handles your information only to run it. Other members can see your name and anything you post in the community, so please don't post private health details. We may share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your account information while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete it within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep something.

Your choices

You can turn notifications off in your phone settings. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing us. To delete your account and the information tied to it, email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject line "Delete my account."

Children

The app is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
